I am trying to set up a new Roku TV. I received an email and followed the steps, but the setup is incomplete and the TV won't do anything. I use CenturyLink as my email provider and usually access my email on my phone. I tried turning the TV off and on, but it didn't help.

Who do I call to find the serial number for my phone? When I try to sign up for my Samsung account, it says my password is incorrect. I tried to reset it, but the phone number for two-part verification has changed. I need to change it, but it wants my serial number to verify my identity. I don't know where to find it.

My husband received a call from 'Microsoft' claiming his computer was compromised and to call a specific number immediately. The caller mentioned a reference number and warned against shutting down the computer. Is this a scam or a legitimate call from Microsoft?

I've been told there is an Artlink 8.2 and an 8.2 Designer Plus embroidery software, but I can't find an update for either software that will get me 8.2. I have Dell computers with Windows 10 up to date. I tried using the update feature under the help tab a couple of days ago on both of my Dell computers. I don't have the Designer Plus on my newest computer, and I'm currently taking a two-day embroidery class that is using Artlink 8.2. What should I do to get the updates?
