I haven't been able to sign on to the internet and troubleshooted, but a report comes up. I've already restarted both my modem/router and computer/laptop, but it didn't work. What else can I do to resolve this issue?

I ordered a large Jersey Devil shirt earlier today and need to change it to an extra large. I used my debit card for the purchase, but my bank only shows a PayPal phone number. I don't know how to make this change. Additionally, I'm unsure if I made any recent changes to my payment info or PayPal account, and I can't remember the website or app I used to place the order.
