I installed Scansoft's PaperPort Deluxe 7, then uninstalled it and installed Deluxe 8, but I still have the same error message: 'Link module EZTEXT.G32 CANNOT LOCATE OR LOAD PAPERPORT MODULE MAXLINK3.DLL'. This error message shows up 207 times. When I click on an application like 'print', I get an error message 'Application link failure to load.' and 'Unable to send the item. The program is not currently connected to SEND TO.' These messages also show 207 times. I presume this is because the PaperPort software is trying to link up to 207 software apps on my HP Laptop running Windows XP Pro SP3. I have used either PaperPort editions for 3 years on this same laptop without these errors before. The Windows OS system 'send error report' details this error message: 'ERROR SIGNATURE for PP Deluxe 8: AppName: paperport.exe, AppVer: 8.10.1.330, ModName: pplinkbr.ocx, Offset: 00006f22'. How can I resolve these issues?

I converted a DVD to a .fla file, then used Flash CS4 to convert it to a SWF file which I inserted into a Dreamweaver page. This works on my computer, but when I load it to my website, I just get a blank page with a box where the video should be. What could be the issue?

Recently changed to Vios and need old voice mail dumped into new voice box. Old Voice Mail was with AOL.com and new Voice mail is with Verizon.Fios. Can't log on to AOL.com account as it is closed.

I have just updated the software on the wrong computer. The code for my Bank of America Norton is CS742155349. The computer I intended to update has Norton on it, but it shows as expired in February 2010. How can I transfer the updated Norton software to the correct computer?

I have an HP Entertainment Center (DVR), and every time I turn to the National Geographic Channel, a warning message appears stating 'Restricted Content' and the sound and picture go away. I do not believe this is a legitimate warning. Can you help?
