I installed Windows 7 Professional 32bit over my Windows 7 Professional 64bit due to compatibility issues with my utilities. Now, I have gold padlocks on some folders, such as the START directory, preventing me from placing shortcuts and causing permission issues. Additionally, this might be affecting my Outlook 2010 connection to iCloud. How can I remove these gold padlocks and resolve these issues?

I am using a Toshiba Qosmio with Windows 7 and Word 2007. When I try to print labels using Mail Merge, only the top and bottom rows of labels on the page are filled, with all labels in between being blank. This issue did not occur with my old computer running Windows XP. I have tried using both Excel and Outlook as the database, but the problem persists. What could be causing this and how can I resolve it?
