I just bought a Google Nest Hub 2nd Generation and am trying to set it up. The Nest is asking for a router password that is at least 8 characters long, but my current password is only 7 characters. How can I resolve this issue?

I had to wipe my phone and logged back into Facebook, but I am unable to access Messenger. It keeps directing me to a forgot password page that sends a link to my email, which then says the page is invalid. I don't remember having a separate password for Messenger and didn't write it down. What do I need to do?
