I just bought a Google Pay card and think someone took a picture of the code on the back. How can I check if they used it and prevent them from using it? Also, how can I find out where and by whom the code was used if it was compromised?

I'm new to designing labels and very confused about saving a design. I saved a design as a template, then tried to design a new label by importing the template and modifying it. However, when I went to print, I noticed that all my changes were made to the original template, not the new design. What specific product am I working with, and how long has this been going on with my computer? What have I tried so far?
