I just bought a Toshiba L855-S5309. It's supposed to have a 10/100/1000 network adapter, but the system only shows 10/100. I have tried reloading the device driver from the Toshiba site. How do I get the gigabit interface to appear and work?

Windows Live Mail started downloading back mail held on the server and then stopped opening. Norton says there is no virus in the application file. I don't want to reinstall as there are a lot of e-mails stored in it. What can I do to fix this issue without losing my e-mails?

I rang Panasonic because my computer crashed and I lost my mini video camera software. They sent me software for Windows XP/2000, but it won't work because I have Windows 7. I want to send it back and get Windows 7 compatible software.
