I just bought a Verizon prepaid phone and cannot activate it. I also rubbed off the silver tape from the $40 card and would like to enter my credit card for payment. I have tried contacting Verizon support, but due to the coronavirus, hold times are long, and I can't reach a human. The phone trees are circular, and I have done several unsuccessful chats. What can I do to resolve this issue?
