I just entered a question about sending an email to a group and how to do it. Then the page came up for me to pay $38 for an answer. I thought advice and help from AOL was paid for with the premiums we pay for using the AOL service. Why do we then have to pay to have an answer to one question asked in all the years I have had your service?

My Gateway laptop suddenly went blank and shut down, and now it won't restart; it appears completely dead with no lights or signs of power (the power cord is plugged in). Could this be due to the battery, or is there another issue, especially since there were no electrical outages?

I can't access my AOL mail. I have tried to reset my password and gone through the whole procedure, but it keeps going back to the original page asking for my screen name and password. Why do I have to do this, as I've never had to before?

My Hotmail account has been blocked, and after resetting my password, Microsoft wants my phone number to send a verification code. I entered my cellphone number but haven't received anything. What should I do since it doesn't give me more options?
