I just got a new Roku Ultra and set it up. When I tried to log in to my VUDU account, I received an error message that the connection failed, saying 'country setting USA does not match location setting nil.' I contacted VUDU customer support, and they confirmed the setting for my VUDU account is USA. I have ExpressVPN on my Netgear Nighthawk R7000 router, but no other device has been affected by this. What device at the beginning of your instructions are you referring to, and how can I resolve this issue?
