I just got Mediacom internet and can't connect my printer or range extender. I've already contacted Netgear for help but they couldn't assist. Can you help me? If I can't resolve these issues, I will have to switch back to AT&T DSL.

I signed up and paid the fee, but the message says I did not put in the correct ID and password. I followed the directions and reset my username and password just minutes ago. I have not installed any updates recently. What specific website, company, program, or service was I trying to sign up for, and was I trying to sign up from an Android phone, iPhone, Mac, or Windows PC?

My Asus T300L PC dock's mouse is not working correctly. It moves randomly and highlights things at random. This issue started after a Windows update. What can be done to resolve this?

The contrast for highlighting areas to cut/copy on my Word document is too light and faded to see. I recently switched to a MacBook Pro laptop with Microsoft Office 2016 (for Mac) installed, and I have an HP monitor attached to the laptop. Is this issue specific to Word, or does it also occur in other programs like Excel and on web pages?
