I just installed Dragon Professional v15. I have been using v12 for several years, but I have just changed to a new computer with the latest Windows 10 operating system. I am dictating into Word 2016, which keeps crashing every few minutes, and the dictation is very slow. Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?

I left my charger in Mexico and bought a new Dell charger at Staples, but my laptop won't boot up. When I plug in the charger, the light in the front goes out right away and nothing happens. I'm running Windows 10. The laptop doesn't make any noise when rebooted, and only the front light goes out. I tried another charger, and the keyboard lights go on and stay on, but the laptop still won't boot. Is the charger I bought the right one, and what could be causing the issue?

I updated the firmware driver on my Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series running Windows 10, and now I get a blank screen and 7 loud beeps repeating. I can't access the BIOS with F12 and the laptop is stuck at this point. What should I do to resolve this issue?
