I no longer have my favorites listed in Chrome and can't find them. I found them in Edge, which I prefer not using. How can I restore my favorites in Chrome?

I bought a Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 on 6/15/21. The keyboard makes crunching noises, is hard to type on, and often repeats or sticks keys. I took it to Staples, and they agree it's broken. I haven't spilled anything on it or dropped it. Staples suggested it needs to be fixed. Do I send it to Lenovo, or should I take it back to Staples? Is there a warranty, and how do I cancel my JustAnswer membership?

Apple iPhone 11 says 'iPhone unavailable, wait 15 minutes.' I'm not sure what iOS version I'm running. This issue has been going on for about 1.5 hours, and I've tried shutting down the phone a couple of times. Each time I enter the passcode, it locks again. What should I do?

I was using the projector last night for a four-hour presentation. Midway through, the projector went black. I checked the electrical connection and vents, which were fine. I tried turning it off and on, but it didn't help until it suddenly came back on. I have done this presentation before without issues. Does the projector have an automatic switch for heat control or other reasons?
