I just purchased a new HP SO1-PF1013W computer and need additional input/output (IO) cards. Specifically, I need another RJ485 input card to connect my new computer to a PLC on a machine. The computer currently only has one RJ485 input card. What type of card should I get and where can I find a compatible one?

I can't get my SONOS system to respond on the control panel on my computer. It says 'Your SONOS system was not found. Please ensure that your SONOS products are plugged into power.' The geeks set it up for me yesterday, but today this is what I get on my screen. What can be done to resolve this issue?
