I just started building my first PC and I'm experiencing an issue where the CPU and DRAM lights on my B650 AORUS Elite AX motherboard light up in an alternating pattern (CPU -> DRAM -> CPU -> DRAM), and then the DRAM light stays on, preventing any boot sequence. I've tried reseating the RAM sticks both individually and in dual channel, but the issue persists. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

I received a suspicious message from Facebook support with a link attached, which I suspect is an attempted hack. The message claims that my Facebook page is scheduled for permanent deletion due to a trademark infringement and directs me to a link to file a complaint.
