I keep entering the wrong password for my Apple ID on my iPad and iPhone. I forgot to write down the new password and am now confused with the old and new passwords. I haven't tried resetting through Apple's online account reset tool because it seems confusing. What should I do?

I am locked out of my AT&T app and cannot pay my bill. I need to be able to see my bill. Additionally, AT&T is debiting my account for $18.xx a month, and no one can tell me what it is for. How can I resolve these issues?

My Instagram account was hacked and none of the support tips work. I request a secure code to be sent to my text, but it never arrives. Then it asks for a backup code that I don't have. I tried all the support tips and nothing is working. What should I do to recover my account?
