Since March 28, 2016, I cannot send bulk emails to my 128 patients like I used to be able to do with no problems before that date. I can send 1 at a time and 2/3's of the time 5 at a time with no problem. I get the same problem with different iMac's using Safari or Firefox. My OS is Mac 10.11.2, the most up to date. My computer was checked for malware and is clean. Why can I not send my patient list serve of 128 names like I used to be able to do when I can send one at a time with no bounces?

I started upgrading my iPad to OS9 without knowing the original ID and password used to set it up. Now, I can't complete the setup and have tried various methods to recover it, including contacting support. I have backups from my desktop to Time Machine but don't know how that helps. Is there anything I can do to reset the iPad without the original credentials, or should I just throw it away?

I have a Compaq Presario V6000 that has hardly been used. I want to update the operating system and start with a clean slate (all the files have already been moved to an external drive). The memory is maxed (I can only go to 2 x 1 Gigabyte). Its currently running Vista. Should I go to 7? 8 or to 10?

How can I revert my desktop back to Windows 7 after upgrading to Windows 10 303 days ago, especially when encountering a DLL error and issues with a Windows 7 Professional disc that requires an operating system supporting UDF files?

Until recently, I was able to click on Chrome as my browser, but now it won't let me in, showing a network error. This also happens in Internet Explorer. What could be causing this and how can it be fixed?
