I'm experiencing issues with photos not displaying on some websites, such as Facebook and Sarafina Fiber Arts, while Amazon works fine. I received a suspicious email claiming my incoming email and accounts would be deleted/blocked if I didn't provide account info. The issue involves a Dell Inspiron 3000 series laptop, and I'm currently using Bing as my web browser. I've had similar issues in the past with Google, but it keeps reverting back to Bing. What can I do to resolve this?

I have weak security when connecting to my Suddenlink modem, which requires me to choose the connection every time I turn on my phone. This connection does not work right outside my door, and my Facebook and Messenger accounts have been hacked. I don't know the pin or access code and need a service call, but I can't get through to anyone. Additionally, there is a problem with the TV in my bedroom cutting out. How do I resolve these problems?
