I'm experiencing major Microsoft account issues, including error messages about fixing my account, and problems with Office 365 and Outlook not working properly. My computer is an HP running Windows 10 with Office 365. I haven't installed any updates recently, but I just switched to NBN through Dodo. I installed Office 365 some months ago, but still get 'not authorized' Dropbox messages. What could be causing these issues and how can I resolve them?

The printer shows 3 documents, but I can't get them to print. Other programs such as WP print just fine. I am afraid the documents I try to print are in jeopardy, because they are financial papers. I recently bought an Acer Aspire Es1-572, which is about one month old. The Wi-Fi has disappeared, and I can't install any wireless drivers. I've tried updating from Device Manager and the Intel ProSet Wireless software. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I switched from a Verizon plan to a wireless plan and was told to contact Verizon to avoid getting two bills. I cannot contact Verizon by phone. My computer and telephone are working fine, but I need help to fix my billing situation with Verizon.
