I'm having an issue with emails containing pictures. The text sends fine, but the pictures do not. This problem occurred at the end of 2010 and the beginning of this year. How long will this issue last this time?

My eMachine w3629 won't reload. It stops at 50% and gives an error code #0x2001100200001005. I tried using the recovery disk, but it didn't help. The computer also displays 'Bootmgr not found' and won't go to the F8 advanced boot menu. What should I do?
