My email accounts, including my Googlemail account, have been hacked, and someone has sent inappropriate messages to my contacts. Additionally, the Just Answer website does not recognize my email address. How can I regain control of my accounts and prevent this from happening in the future?

At almost 90 years of age, my reflexes are not what they once were. Evidently, my time ran out sooner than I could answer all requests for following through.
