I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account and Messenger. I'm not receiving the verification code, and I'm unable to create a new account or change my password. Additionally, I'm experiencing issues with the Facebook app on my cell phone, where it keeps asking for a confirmation code that I haven't received.

I have a payment pending through Chase that is a mistake. It is pending and I would like it canceled. I am trying to get auto pay through Chase canceled and so bill pay through Chase. What should I do to resolve this issue?
