I ordered a ride at 4:15pm with a pickup window of 4:32-4:48pm yesterday. I needed to be somewhere at 5pm. At 4:40, I canceled the ride and ordered again, choosing a more expensive option to get picked up quicker. I had a driver cancel, and finally got picked up at 5:14. I don't feel I should have to pay the higher rate. How can I resolve this issue without going through a lengthy process?

My Gateway Windows 10 PC won't boot, showing 'Bad_confi_sys_info' in safe mode or other boot modes. I can access a command prompt and run DOS commands. I've tried restoring files from previous dates without success. I don't have a Windows 10 boot CD and can't access a network connection. Can I download a boot CD from Gateway or elsewhere? I suspect a motherboard issue. Any suggestions?
