When trying to download Norton, the process got stuck on trying to uninstall Kaspersky. The Norton installer is stuck on 'Starting uninstall of the selected product' and the cancel button doesn't work. How can I resolve this issue to successfully install Norton?

(Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) Is there a phone number or second email address linked to this Gmail account? Is there anything else the Email Expert should know before I connect you?
