I have a Moto phone that is locked and won't let me access the unlock page or any other part of the phone. When I try to start it, it says 'locked' on the status bar, and 'unlock data' appears at the bottom, but nothing happens when I swipe. The passcode has been the same for several months, and the phone was fully charged. What can I do to resolve this issue?
