I am unable to sign into my emails as my account is blocked. I have tried using security questions and my phone number to reset my password, but it hasn't unlocked my account. Additionally, my phone had to be factory reset. What should I do?

When I click on the Skype icon, I am prompted to sign in to Microsoft with information that is impossible to answer. This issue has suddenly appeared after years of no problems, preventing me from using Skype to make calls. I don't know if my Skype file is saved to cloud storage services like Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive, but I don't think so. I just want to click on Skype and open it as I have been doing for years.

How do I turn on my wireless adapter on a Lenovo W701ds laptop running Windows 7 Premium? There is no switch or combination FN + function key that I see, and the wireless network connection is not working despite the network appearing in the Wi-Fi list.

When dictating text, it disappears when clicking the box to post it. My daughter, who is quadriplegic, is using this for everything on her Dell computer with Windows 10. The issue just started, and she is using it in a web browser like Facebook. What could be causing this and how can it be resolved?
