I'm trying to connect Disney+ on my TV through Xfinity, but I'm having issues. Disney+ said I need to call Xfinity, and Xfinity said I need to call Disney+. Additionally, when I tried to check the issue through Google Play Store, it said I have a balance due on an old phone number that is not mine. What should I do to resolve this issue and get Disney+ connected on my TV?
