I'm trying to download the Xfinity app from Google Play on my Samsung Galaxy S10e phone, but I keep getting an 'Err_file_not-found' error message. I'm also having issues activating my Xfinity service, and the internet connection is showing as not private, which is preventing me from doing anything. What should I do to resolve these issues?
