I'm trying to install WinAmp skins and having two problems: 1) I can't download .wal skin files directly to the WinAmp skins folder due to permission issues, even though I'm set up as an administrator. 2) When I manually copy the skin files to the folder and restart WinAmp, the skin doesn't change, and I'm stuck with the classic skin. Additionally, I can't access the full browser/Bento option, and I'm unable to copy files from my iPhone to WinAmp, which I believe is a feature of the program.

I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 and I cannot get Internet Explorer or Mozilla to work properly. After defragmenting my system, Internet Explorer stops working shortly after opening, and Mozilla shows a blank screen. What can I do to resolve these issues?

I have an HP Touchsmart computer. When I run Google Earth, it works fine until I try to use Street View, where it crashes with an error message. Google Maps works perfectly at street level. Additionally, I cannot display thumbnails in some programs like Serif DTP X5. Do I need a codec or is there another solution?

I am using CorelDraw X13. When I import a small file (e.g., 50 KB), make some changes (like changing or removing text), and save it, the file size increases significantly (e.g., over 16 MB). Why does this happen, and why does the file size increase from a few KB to a few MB?
