I'm unable to enter my new credit card information into the Uber app. The screen keeps showing an error message and suggests trying again later. I've tried multiple times with the same result. I want to replace my expired credit card, but I'm not sure if the issue is with my credit card or my email address. Is it possible to close my Uber account and start over?
