I'm unable to install Service Pack 3 on my Windows XP computer. I've got viruses, and my computer keeps sending out emails with links to a Canadian sexual aid site. What happens when I try to install the service pack is that it installs most of the way, then can't finish. Do you get any kind of error while updating, such as 'access denied'?

When printing, the text is light and broken, even though it appears to have enough ink. How can I resolve this issue?

I have Microsoft XP on my computer with AOL 9.0 Limited Edition and AOL Browser. I use Microsoft Security Essentials as my virus protection. Is this enough for spam, viruses, and pop-ups? If so, why does the safety status quick view say under AOL Spyware Protection 'partial coverage'?

I bought Norton Internet Security online and installed it on one laptop. My account says I have 2 remaining activations, but when I try installing it on my other laptop, the download button does not appear. How can I install it on my second computer?

I just confirmed our trip to Aruba with a queen-size bed and wanted to know if I was in the Aruba or Bonaire building. They said we were booked in the Curacao building, which is totally unacceptable as I booked either the Aruba or Bonaire building. I received a call saying I had won a prize. Could this be legitimate or is it likely a scam? They provided a phone number to call back.
