I'm using a SATA/IDE to USB 2.0 Adapter to retrieve data from a hard drive from a Windows 98 computer that won't run. I'm running XP Professional, but the hard drive isn't recognized when I click on 'My Computer'. Other rescued hard drives from XP machines get recognized immediately. What could be the issue and what can I do to retrieve the data?

I have been using Outlook Express for my emails for about 4 years, but this morning, it said it could not communicate and switched to Windows Mail, which I have never used before. I am unable to access or locate my old and new emails on Outlook. Can you please help me as I run a small business from home and a lot of critical information is in these old emails, and I need my email for present and future business communication?

The Facebook iPad app consistently shows two sawtoothed line breaks in my Newsfeed, preventing new posts from showing/loading. Refreshing doesn't work. Deleting/Reinstalling the app doesn't work. What can be done to resolve this issue?
