I received a message on my Dell computer running Windows 10 that my computer has been shut down and to call Microsoft support at a specific number to prevent data loss or identity theft. The computer is giving a beeping sound and a message to call the number and not to shut down or restart the computer. What should I do?

Our access to our accounts has been locked. How do I unlock them? I can't remember our passwords and when I try to enter the password, the system says to push the continue button, but there is no such button.
