I have a brand new Apple computer with Big Sur 11 and I cannot scan from my Brother all-in-one model MFC-L5850DW to my computer. There is no error code on the printer when I try to scan, and I think I downloaded a version of the printer driver software from the internet as I am unable to locate the original program. What do I need to do to be able to scan to my computer and email?
