I cannot access my email account ***@******.*** because it is linked to a phone number I no longer have and a recovery email of ***@******.***, which also requires verification. I have a new Google email ***@******.*** with the same personal information. Is there a way to regain access to the old account using my new phone number (###) ###-#### or any of my old passwords, one of which was used more than 10 years ago on the old account?

I have been dealing with a locked SIM issue on my iPhone 13 for the past two weeks. I have already spent significant time trying to get Verizon to fix it without success, and finally had to go to a store where it was resolved in 19 minutes. However, the issue has recurred, and my SIM is locked again. What can be done to fix this issue promptly?
