I want to use the 23.1 address book I had been using, but it shuts down because something is missing in this version of Windows. For two weeks, I haven't been able to access my ***@******.*** email account, which I've had since 2009 and use as my primary account. I've received numerous recovery texts from Google, but the verification process keeps failing, stating that Google cannot verify this is my account. I have a Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E545 with Windows 10 installed. I am not receiving notifications for new emails when using the envelope icon. MSN support suggested that my computer is only compatible with Windows up to 8.1 and may crash, potentially causing data loss. I want to know if there is a Lenovo update or any solution to enable email notifications without the risk of system crash.
