I need help accessing my new Lenovo laptop. I don't remember the password set up at the store, and I get a screen asking for a password when I turn it on. The laptop has a Hotmail account. What can I do to reset the password and access the laptop?

Is there a way to share Outlook so I can send emails and have those sent emails saved in the cloud, allowing me to see them at home and work? Currently, I'm using LogMeIn to access Outlook at work from home, but it's too slow.

What is the best way to copy hundreds of emails from a sent folder in one Outlook account to a sent folder in another Outlook account on a different machine?

I was asked if I wanted to check my 8.1 drivers for updates. I said yes, but the setup included a warning, 'this may harm your computer'. Should I stick with your advice before downloading, and should I download Windows 10 yet?

What does the file ntuser.dat do? It was, and still is in My Documents. I couldn't get rid of it and it kept on updating.
