I am getting a message saying 'You don't have permission to access this older' and have tried various steps to enable access, but still no luck. The drive also appears to be write-protected, which I have tried to uncheck but it still fails.

I haven't been receiving emails since January 16, and I know I am meant to be receiving emails because my manager sends me weekly emails from my job. My internet is perfect, and I'm checking my email via the Inbox application on Windows 10. Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block me from receiving mail, or is there another reason why I stopped receiving emails?
