I need help finalizing the installation of the device that hooks to my TV to get AT&T TV. On the TV screen, there is a request for an email address and a password. Am I supposed to use what I use on my computer? I asked for a password last night, and you provided pvp3cy0, which does not work. Do I have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset my password? Am I logged into my email account on any other devices? Why do I have to go through Just Answer instead of talking to an AT&T person?
