I received an email from Shaw customer service stating that my account may be deactivated due to payment issues and asking me to verify my account within 24 hours by following a link. My MasterCard has been compromised recently, and I'm out of the country, so I can't check my payment information with Shaw. Is this email a hoax, or do I need to update my payment information?
