I need help purchasing credits on Criminal Case. I have been able to purchase in the past, but now it won't allow me to purchase any more. I've tried using different browsers, restarting my computer, and deleting cookies, but with the same results. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I have Eudora 7 on my Windows 8 computer and my wife's Windows 7 computer. We have used Eudora for about 15 years. Last night we were both unable to send emails from Eudora, getting a timed out message each time. I called Comcast, but they were unable to help. What could be causing this issue and what steps can I take to resolve it?
