I'm locked out of my Facebook account and it keeps asking for a generated code which I verified 3 times. I have an email address and phone number linked to it, and I'm logged into my account on multiple devices (iPad, iPhone, and Android phone) without any previous issues. Why am I being charged for a free service, and why do I still don't have access to my account even after sending my license and paying?
