How do I get rid of an account or company that I did not subscribe to when blocking them and marking them as spam is not working?

I have an Acer Aspire X1700 that I bought 7 months ago. The graphics in my computer are slowed, especially when playing games or watching videos. When I restarted my computer, it couldn't find the graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce G100). It's been 2 days since I've been experiencing this problem. Is there something wrong with my graphics card? Can you please help me?

I can't play a WMV file on any media player, including VLC, GOMPLAYER, and Windows Media Player. On VLC, I get screen garbage, and on GOMPLAYER, I get a black screen with no sound or picture. I've tried playing the file on another computer and installed codec packages, but it still doesn't work. What is the solution?
