I need help with two formulas in Excel 2010. I have them in a separate file folder from the original project and in the exact location in worksheets. I have notes at (A1) and hyperlinks to cell locations for both formulas. How can I get assistance with these formulas, and how do I attach the file for review?

Do other companies have authority to take over my computer and clean it, and if so, who are they? I have been paying various companies to clean my computer of spam and malware, but I am unsure if they are legitimate.

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 14 that seems to be stuck in sleep mode. The screen remains black, and the power light blinks when the power cord is unplugged. I have tried various methods to restart the laptop, including holding the power button and plugging/unplugging the power cord, but nothing works. What could be the issue, and how can I resolve it?

Cloud CMA - will do CMA but when ready to print no data prints...blank pages. The issue occurs on all printers and is not related to the printers themselves. Steps taken include running the printer's self-cleaning cycle, wiping down the metal contacts on the printer and cartridges, and ensuring the issue is not specific to one printer.

We had a change of employees and she changed the password before she left, so we can't make any 941 payments without a new password. What do I need to do to get a new password for EFTPS?
