Our Grandstream system uses a doorbell which sounds in multiple rooms through our house. This past week, the doorbell stopped ringing and only produces a busy signal when pushed. The phone next to the small Grandstream box says 'Recovery Incomplete'. Can you help us get the doorbell working again?

What is the $24.99 UBER PASS charge from 3/15/21 on my credit card? I am a senior who ordered Uber on 3/10 to go get my COVID vaccine and a return trip home. It was about 2 miles from my home. I was charged $67.79 on my credit card. Please explain these charges for me. I do not need Uber on a regular basis.
