I need to access my trips and other account information on Uber, but I can only see the page for booking rides or ordering Uber Eats, and my profile picture is gone, preventing me from accessing my account. How can I bypass the requirement to enter my credit card when I'm not supposed to be charged, as per my contract?

I have an account that is blocked and I need access to it. The phone number linked to the account is no longer available, and I have been unable to change it. The account is ***@******.***. I have tried to reset the password but keep receiving codes to the old phone number. I also tried using an authenticator app, but it didn't work. How can I recover my account?
