I've sent Coinbase 6 emails and haven't received a response. I purchased a new phone and when trying to sign in to my account, I had to do a 2-step verification. I completed step one, but haven't received the email for step two. I've been dealing with this since Sunday. I use Gmail and don't remember setting up security questions. I've called customer service and reported a compromise since Coinbase is holding over $100,000 of my money and I can't access it. What should I do next?

My Mac computer will not start up. The line under the apple only goes halfway, and a wheel-like circle appears under the line. I have tried turning it off and on, unplugging it, and holding various key combinations, but it still does not start. I use QuickBooks Online for my partnership LLC and am categorizing transactions for a partner's accountable reimbursement plan. The LLC covers car expenses like payments, oil changes, insurance, and repairs, but only the business portion since the car is used for both personal and business purposes. We prorate these expenses using the ratio of business miles to total miles driven to determine the deductible percentage of the LLC's taxable business profit. My question is: Since there will be a percentage of expenses not eligible for reducing taxable business profit, will this amount be considered a guaranteed payment to the partner in question?
