I need to change my password on my iPhone 7. The current password was set by a technician at the local AT&T store when transferring data from my old phone. I haven't reset my username and password since January, and no recent updates have been installed. I want to change the password so I can download the rest of my things.

I reinstalled my printer and now my security key/password is failing. I have a little experience with this machine, and I haven't installed any updates recently. The issue started after I had some problems with print quality. The error message is appearing on the printer, and the model is Epson XP-400.

I am trying to deactivate my account which is on both my phone and computer. I have not contacted anyone about my account, and I tried calling the published phone number but was told it is no longer valid. I do not think I have installed any updates recently, but I do have a new password. Can the account be deactivated by someone at the company?
