My Outlook 365 mail is constantly offline and will not go online. I get an error message stating that the message cannot be saved in the Sent Mail folder on my IMAP mail account because Outlook is offline or the mail server does not permit elements to be saved in the Sent Mail folder. I can send and receive mail on my web mail, but the problem persists in the Outlook app. What troubleshooting steps can I take to resolve this issue?
