I shut down my MSI laptop during a system restore because I thought it was frozen and now I can't get past the Aptio setup utility. The entire laptop is stuck on a utility setup screen. I moved files around earlier and think I accidentally changed some admin privileges, which is why I was trying to do a restore. The restore didn't seem to work, so I shut it down and now I'm stuck on this screen. What can I do to resolve this issue?
